Heard from local friends that the location is not safe after we checkin . But am glad we are fine n hotel meets our basic expectation for the stay . Glad we can park along roadside n save on parking fee. Disappointed that there was no housekeeping during our weekend stay 😏

Thank you for a lovely stay. The place is modern and well-equipped with everything we needed — kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and other useful amenities that made our stay comfortable. However, I noticed that one of the pillows in the bedroom had a lingering perfume smell, possibly from a previous guest. This felt a bit unhygienic and could be improved by ensuring all bedding is completely fresh and odor-free for new guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope this small detail can be addressed for future visitors.

Stayed for 1night. Cards didn’t work for parking garage door & room door. Had to get keys cut 2x which was very inconvenient considering there is only 1x lift. Room aircon made noise all night.

I booked that hotel from 12 November at 8:50 pm. When I come around 9:40 but they're not allowed me and my wife to check in. And the person who talk with me on hotel hot line said they will send back the refund but the hotel is not. Money doesn't grow on the trees. That's why first time I see that hotel even Im diamond customer of TRIP app.
